Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Zero to Seen (zerotoseen.com) is operated by RT Global LLC, trading as Zero to Seen, of 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity.

2. The service

Zero to Seen is a monthly subscription that provides engagement from real people on new posts and Reels published on the public Instagram account you give us. We aim for hundreds of real people on every post (at least 200 likes), on up to 2 posts a day. New posts are picked up automatically from your public profile. We only see what the public sees; we never ask for your Instagram password.

Engagement comes from real people with real accounts. We do not use bots, fake accounts or hijacked accounts.

At checkout you may optionally add monthly add-ons: Reel Boost (up to 150,000 extra Reel views a month), Comment Boost (up to 300 comments a month, minimum 3 per post), and/or Story Boost (Story views promotion). After you subscribe you may also be offered an upgrade that puts every post in front of thousands instead of hundreds. Add-ons and upgrades are promotion for the posts you publish; results vary.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram account you submit. That account must be public so we can work from what the public sees.
• We never ask for your Instagram password.
• You're responsible for keeping your email address up to date; we use it for receipts, sign-in links and notices.

4. Subscription, billing and auto-renewal

Prices are in USD. The plan costs $27 per month. You're charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. At checkout you can optionally add Reel Boost and/or Comment Boost for $19 per month each, and/or Story Boost for $29 per month. Add-ons are charged together with your plan when you subscribe, renew with it every month, and can be removed anytime online from your account (or end when you cancel the plan). Removed add-ons end at the end of the current paid period. After you subscribe you may also be offered an upgrade to thousands of likes on every post for an extra $99 per month on top of your current plan; that upgrade replaces the base hundreds volume. We may change prices with notice by email before the change applies to your next renewal. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry; if payment can't be collected we may suspend or end the service.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime online, without contacting us: log in at zerotoseen.com/account and click “Manage or cancel subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Service continues until then; there are no further charges after that.

6. Refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any number of likes, views, reach, followers, clients, sales or income. Results vary from account to account and depend on many things outside our control, including your content, your offer and platform algorithms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Zero to Seen for illegal activity, adult or sexual content involving minors, hate, harassment, impersonation, spam, or an Instagram account you don't control. We may refuse or end service for accounts or content that violate these terms or platform rules.

9. Third-party platforms

Zero to Seen is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube or Google. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms for your own account. Platform rules can change; we may adjust or pause delivery if a platform change makes fulfilment impractical.

10. Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. We don't post or create content on your account. We only need access to publicly available post information to deliver the service. The Zero to Seen name, logo and site content belong to us.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or willful misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the service if you breach these terms, if payment fails, if your account is private or inaccessible, or if platform or fulfilment changes make delivery impractical. If we end the service for cause, cancellation follows the same end-of-period billing rules unless the breach requires immediate stop. You may cancel anytime as described above.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, email active subscribers before the changes apply to them. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring claims in another venue that cannot be waived.
